Increased Income for Beneficiaries
A remarkable 94.6% of the sampled beneficiaries, accounting for 193 out of 204 individuals, successfully met the target of increasing their average monthly income by at least ৳6,700. On average, these beneficiaries now earn an impressive ৳10,907 per month, demonstrating the effectiveness of the project’s support in ensuring sustainable financial growth.
Empowering Women Through Economic Independence
The project has proven to be a game-changer for women beneficiaries. Among 184 women sampled from 380 youth households, 100% have reported a significant increase in their average monthly income, now standing at ৳6,673. This achievement highlights the project’s commitment to promoting gender equality and empowering women through financial stability.
Male Beneficiaries Achieve Financial Milestones
Similarly, the project has had a profound impact on male beneficiaries. All 20 sampled male participants from 32 male youth households have experienced an increase in their average monthly income to ৳10,550. This progress is attributed solely to the project’s tailored support and resources.

The positive impact of the SHOYE Project extends beyond individuals to entire households. The average monthly household income among the sampled 204 youth households has surged to ৳12,895, underscoring the project’s broader influence in uplifting family livelihoods.
Baseline-Excluding Income from SHOYE Support
Even when excluding baseline data, the monthly average income generated solely through SHOYE project support stands at ৳4,049. This figure demonstrates the program’s effectiveness in creating direct economic value for its participants.
