With a Master’s degree in Economics from the National University of Bangladesh, Irin brings a solid academic foundation to her role. Her expertise includes developing and implementing project plans, mobilizing community resources, and ensuring active community participation in various development initiatives.

In her previous roles, Irin demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills, successfully managing field-level personnel and coordinating project activities to meet targets and deadlines. She is proficient in preparing comprehensive project progress reports and has a knack for building effective networks with government and non-government organizations, enhancing the impact of the projects she supports.

Fluent in both Bengali and English, Irin excels in communication and is well-versed in using Windows Office System Applications for reporting and data analysis.
