Md. Rubel Rana is a proficient and versatile civil engineer with over four years of hands-on experience in managing and executing complex construction projects. A graduate of IUBAT with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, he has demonstrated expertise in designing, planning, and constructing diverse infrastructures, including RCC and steel buildings, bridges, land development projects, and sluice gates. Currently, Rubel serves as the Manager of Construction Planning & Management at Pleiades Group, where he oversees tender preparation, project scheduling, and risk mitigation while ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality construction projects.

Rubel’s career highlights include his instrumental role in key national and international projects such as the Dhaka Metro Rail (DMRT Line-6) CP-01 embankment development and the construction of a 17-meter steel bridge and multiple culverts for the World Food Programme in Cox’s Bazar. He combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, effectively managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders. His ability to integrate advanced tools like ETABS, STAAD Pro, MS Project, and Primavera P6 into project workflows ensures precision and efficiency at every stage, from design to execution.

Beyond his technical proficiency, Rubel has a strong commitment to quality and safety. He has earned recognition for his dedication to adhering to international construction standards and maintaining a zero-accident safety record. His experience also extends to procurement, cost analysis, and client relationship management, making him a well-rounded professional capable of tackling the multifaceted challenges of modern civil engineering projects.
