Sumaya’s career has been marked by her commitment to driving positive change through her work with organizations such as the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics, UNFPA, and the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society. As a Field Officer, she has successfully led surveys and baseline studies, utilizing her proficiency in communication and leadership to manage teams and ensure the accuracy of data collection. Her ability to adapt and innovate in challenging environments has been instrumental in the successful implementation of these projects.
