Overview:
Advanced Research Thoughts Lab Ltd. (ART Lab) successfully conducted a two-day capacity-building training program on Power BI for the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) staff in Cox’s Bazar. This initiative aimed to enhance data visualization and analytics capabilities across key NRC departments, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making to improve operational efficiency and strategic planning.

The training catered to 25 participants from various roles, including Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), Information Management Officers (IMO), Community Feedback Mechanism (CFM), logistics, finance, grants, and human resources. With a tailored curriculum and real-world datasets, the program delivered practical, hands-on learning focused on Microsoft Power BI.

  • Develop participant skills in creating interactive dashboards, performing real-time data analysis, and generating actionable reports.
  • Empower NRC staff to independently manage, analyze, and interpret data to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Enhance organizational efficiency by fostering sustainable internal capacity for data-driven processes.
