Dr. Md. Shakkor Rahman is an accomplished public health professional with over five years of experience in managing health programs for national and international humanitarian organizations. His expertise spans emergency response, public health research, and healthcare system strengthening, particularly in challenging contexts such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the Rohingya refugee crisis. Dr. Rahman has successfully led multiple health initiatives, focusing on improving immunization coverage, enhancing healthcare service delivery, and building resilience within vulnerable communities.

With a Master of Public Health (MPH) from North South University and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Dr. Rahman combines academic excellence with practical experience.
