Md. Sweet Mahmud serves as the Field Monitoring Officer at Advanced Research Thoughts Lab Ltd. (ART Lab), bringing over six years of experience in NGO and research-based roles to the organization. With a strong academic background in English and hands-on experience in monitoring, evaluation, and data analysis, Sweet has been instrumental in overseeing field operations and ensuring the quality and integrity of data collection efforts at ART Lab for the past two years.

Sweet’s career is marked by his involvement in a diverse range of projects, including health initiatives, family planning, community development, and educational programs. His leadership skills have been demonstrated through his roles as a team leader and supervisor, where he has successfully coordinated large-scale surveys, conducted training sessions, and implemented monitoring and evaluation frameworks. His expertise in using various research methodologies, such as Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and In-Depth Interviews (IDIs), enables ART Lab to generate reliable data and insightful analysis.

Fluent in both English and Bengali, Sweet excels in communication and collaboration, making him a valuable asset to the ART Lab team.
