About the Internship
This paid internship offers practical exposure to ART Lab’s research, development, data, and project-support activities. The selected intern will work closely with the research and development team to support ongoing assignments, project documentation, communication materials, proposal preparation, data-related tasks, and other professional activities.
Work Arrangement
The internship will follow a hybrid work arrangement. The selected intern will work 3 days per week from the office and 2 days per week from home, based on organizational requirements, project needs, and supervisor guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support research and development-related project activities
- Assist in preparing research tools, survey formats, and project documents
- Support data collection coordination, data cleaning, and basic data management
- Assist in report formatting, documentation, and presentation preparation
- Support proposal writing, concept notes, and communication materials
- Conduct basic desk research and organize relevant information
- Coordinate with internal team members and provide timely task updates
- Maintain professional communication and follow organizational guidelines

Bachelor’s students, Master’s students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals from any discipline are encouraged to apply. Applicants from Social Science, Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, Public Health, Education, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Business, English, IT, Data Science, or related fields are especially welcome.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong interest in research, development work, data, and consultancy services
- Good writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and meet deadlines
- Previous internship, research, data, documentation, or project-support experience will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of KoboToolbox, ODK, SurveyCTO, SPSS, Stata, Power BI, Canva, or similar tools will be considered an added advantage

Important Note
This is a paid internship opportunity. The monthly allowance will range from BDT 15,000 to BDT 20,000, depending on the applicant’s experience, skills, and suitability for the role. ART Lab does not charge any application fee at any stage of the application or selection process.
